You can update your personal information, including your email address and display name, from your Press Hook account settings. These changes take effect immediately.
How to Update Your Email Address
Log in to your Press Hook account.
Click the three dots (...) in the upper-right corner of your screen.
Select "Account Settings" or "Profile Settings" from the dropdown menu.
Find the "Email" field and enter your new email address.
Click "Save" to confirm the change.
Important: After changing your email address, you will need to use the new email to log in going forward. The old email will no longer work for sign-in. You may also receive a confirmation email at your new address to verify the change.
How to Update Your Name or Other Personal Details
From the same Account Settings page, you can also update:
Your display name (how your name appears to media professionals)
Your phone number
Your job title or role
Make your changes and click "Save."
I Want to Change the Email but I Can't Log In
If you need to change your account email but cannot access the account (for example, if you lost access to the original email address), contact our support team. Provide your name, the old email on the account, and the new email you want to use. We will verify your identity and make the change for you.
Agency Users: Changing Your Primary Contact Email
If you are an agency and need to update the primary billing or account contact email, make sure to update it in both your Account Settings and your subscription/payment settings. Billing notifications are sent to the email on file in your subscription settings, which may be different from your login email.
