You can upgrade or downgrade your Press Hook subscription at any time from your account settings. Here is how to make the change and what to expect with billing.

How to Change Your Plan

  1. Log in to your Press Hook account.

  2. Click the three dots (...) in the upper-right corner of your screen.

  3. Select "Manage Subscription" from the dropdown menu.

  4. You will see your current plan and available plan options.

  5. Select the plan you want to switch to.

  6. Confirm your selection.

When Does the Change Take Effect?

Upgrades take effect immediately. You will gain access to the new plan's features right away. Your billing will be adjusted on a prorated basis, meaning you only pay the difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will keep access to your current plan's features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

How Billing Works When You Switch

When you upgrade, Press Hook calculates the remaining days in your current billing cycle and charges the prorated difference between your old plan and new plan. When you downgrade, your new lower rate takes effect on your next billing date. You will not receive a refund for the current period.

Important: If you are on an annual plan and want to switch to a monthly plan (or vice versa), the same rules apply. Contact support if you have questions about how a specific plan change will affect your billing.

I Changed My Plan but Don't See the New Features

If you upgraded and do not see the new features immediately, try logging out and logging back in, or refreshing your browser. If the features still do not appear after a few minutes, contact our support team with your account email and the plan you upgraded to.
