If you forgot your Press Hook password, you can reset it in a few steps from the login page. This process works for both brand users and media professionals.
How to Reset Your Password
Go to the Press Hook login page at presshook.com/login.
Click "Forgot Password?" below the password field.
Enter the email address associated with your Press Hook account.
Check your email inbox for a password reset link from Press Hook.
Click the link and create a new password.
Your new password takes effect immediately. You can use it to log in right away.
I Didn't Receive the Reset Email
If you do not receive the password reset email within a few minutes, try these steps:
Check your spam or junk folder. The email may have been filtered. Look for an email from support@presshook.com or noreply@presshook.com.
Verify you entered the correct email. The reset email is sent to the exact address on your account. If you have multiple email addresses, try each one.
Wait a few minutes and try again. Sometimes email delivery takes up to 5 minutes.
Note: If you still cannot reset your password after trying these steps, contact our support team with your account email address and we will help you regain access.
Account Belongs to Someone Who Left the Company
If the person who originally set up your Press Hook account has left your organization, contact our support team with your company name, the email address on the account (if known), and proof of your association with the brand (such as a company email). We will help you transfer account ownership.
Password Tips
Use a unique password that you do not use for other services.
Make your password at least 8 characters long with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
If you continue to have trouble logging in after resetting your password, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser.
