Refund and Cancellation Policy

This article explains Press Hook's policies on refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes. If you have a question about a specific charge, contact our support team and we will review it.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Press Hook subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your account stays active until the end of your current billing period.

  • You will not be charged again after the cancellation takes effect.

  • Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation in case you decide to come back.

Refund Policy

Press Hook does not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.

Important: If you want to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, make sure to cancel before your renewal date. You can check your next billing date on your Manage Subscription page.

When We May Issue a Refund

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Situations where a refund may be granted include:

  • You were charged after you already canceled your subscription due to a processing delay.

  • A technical issue on our end prevented you from using the platform for an extended period.

  • You were charged twice for the same billing period in error.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team with the following information:

  • The email address on your Press Hook account

  • The date and amount of the charge in question

  • A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund

Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

Disputing a Charge

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact our support team before filing a dispute with your bank or credit card company. This allows us to resolve the issue faster and avoids complications with your account.
