You can view and download your Press Hook invoices directly from your account settings. This is useful for expense tracking, reimbursement, or keeping records of your subscription payments.
How to Access Your Invoices
Log in to your Press Hook account.
Click the three dots (...) in the upper-right corner of your screen.
Select "Manage Subscription" from the dropdown menu.
Look for the "Billing History" or "Invoices" section on your subscription page.
This section displays a list of all past charges, including the date, amount, and payment method used.
How to Download an Invoice
To download a specific invoice, click the invoice date or the "Download" link next to the charge you need. The invoice will download as a PDF file that includes your payment details, the plan you were charged for, and the billing period covered.
I Need an Invoice but Can't Find It
If your billing history does not show a charge you expected, or if you need an invoice in a specific format (for example, with your company's legal name or tax ID), contact our support team. Include the approximate date and amount of the charge, and we will provide the documentation you need.
I Was Charged but Didn't Expect It
If you see an unexpected charge on your account, here are the most common reasons:
Your subscription renewed automatically. Press Hook subscriptions renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel or pause before the renewal date.
You upgraded your plan. Upgrades take effect immediately and result in a prorated charge for the remainder of the billing cycle.
A paused subscription was reactivated. If you reactivated a paused subscription, billing resumes from that date.
If none of these apply, contact our support team with the charge date and amount, and we will investigate.
