You can pause or cancel your Press Hook subscription at any time from your account settings. Here is how each option works and what to expect.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your Press Hook subscription, follow these steps:
Log in to your Press Hook account.
Click the three dots (...) in the upper-right corner of your screen.
Select "Manage Subscription" from the dropdown menu.
Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the confirmation prompts.
Important: When you cancel, your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation. Your brand profile and data are retained for 90 days in case you decide to resubscribe.
How to Pause Your Subscription
If you want to take a break without fully canceling, you can pause your subscription. To pause, follow the same steps above but select "Pause Subscription" instead of "Cancel."
While paused, your profile will not be visible to media professionals, but all your data will be preserved. You can reactivate at any time from the same Manage Subscription page.
What Happens to My Data After Cancellation?
When you cancel, your brand profile is hidden from media professionals immediately at the end of your billing period. Your data (profile, products, images, press hits, and conversation history) is retained for 90 days. After 90 days, your data may be permanently deleted.
If you want to reactivate within that 90-day window, your profile will be restored exactly as you left it.

Press Hook does not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error or need to dispute a charge, please contact our support team and we will review your case individually.
