While we do our best to mitigate any potential issues with your Shopify connection, there are some errors you may encounter as your go through the process of connecting your Shopify store to your Press Hook brand profile.
My products aren't loading.
If you've tried importing your products and they are not fully loading, try hitting Ctrl+Shift+R (Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac) to refresh your page. Your products should appear after a few moments.
I can't publish my products.
Your products usually won't be able to be published if they are marked with 'Missing Fields':
If your product has a status of 'Missing Fields', you'll need to click 'Edit' towards the right and fill in any missing information. This happens where there is not enough direct data from Shopify imported to our Press Hook products list. Once you've filled in the missing data, you should be able to publish the products seamlessly!
I want to disconnect my Shopify account.
Disconnecting your Shopify account is simple. On your 'Products' page, click on the dropdown that says "Add More Products". Then, click "Import from Shopify". A window will open and state that you have already connected a Shopify store. You can click "Disconnect" on the right to disconnect your Shopify account:
This will not remove your items but instead allow you to add more items from a different Shopify account is necessary. If you wish to delete any items, you can do so my heading to the "Draft" or "Published" tabs and deleting each product individually.
