Press Hook is conveniently connected to Shopify to keep all your product information updated between multiple platforms. This is a great feature for when you're looking to fulfill your sample requests and want to keep your inventory levels updated! There are a few ways to sync your Shopify shop to Press Hook.
Syncing your products from Shopify to Press Hook means that any edits you make to your products on Shopify will automatically update to your products list on Press Hook! This makes it easier to keep your product information identical between platforms and prevents you from needing to update the same information multiple times.
First, you'll need to have your Shopify products imported from Shopify. Follow our guide here for how to connect your accounts.
Once your products are imported, you will need to go to your "Published" products list which can be accessed by the following steps:
Dashboard > Edit Brand > Products (lefthand menu) > Toggle from Draft to Published
From here, you will need to toggle the button next to the Shopify icon that says "Allow Shopify Synchronization":
Once that button is toggled, any edits from Shopify will now update automatically to your Press Hook products!
*note: edits on your products via Press Hook will NOT update to Shopify, they will only update from Shopify to Press Hook.
